Wheatland Electric Cooperative, Inc. has received applications for new wind and solar projects (net metering applications) to be built on behalf of our members. Some of these projects have been built by installers before a necessary approval process through Wheatland Electric has been completed. Bottom line: Wheatland must approve all applications for grid interconnection. If you have questions or need more information, please email memberservices@weci.net.
