With SmartHub, you can view your energy usage and manage your Wheatland Electric account from your computer, tablet, or smartphone—whenever it’s convenient for you.
SmartHub is fully integrated with Wheatland Electric, providing secure access to your account information, billing, payments, and more in a safe, user-friendly environment.

Pay your electric bill quickly and securely through SmartHub using your credit card, debit card, or checking account.

We understand that sometimes life gets tough, and it's a struggle to stay current on your bills. Especially if you are hard hit with legal or medical troubles, or a bad season, we can help you get back on your feet with a payment arrangement.
Member must complete and sign payment arrangement agreement in person at any local district office.
Members who do not adhere to the Cold Weather Accommodation rules are not eligible for payment arrangements at the conclusion of the cold weather period. The member's entire outstanding balance is due and payable prior to reconnection if service is disconnected.
*Payment Arrangement accounts are not eligible for bank draft payment option.
We're proud to offer automatic bank draft as a method of bill payment to our co-op members.
The account balance (how much you owe for your electric bill) is drafted from your checking account on the fifth (5th) of each month. If the fifth (5th) falls on a weekend or a holiday, the draft will occur the next business day.
Or, sign-up through SmartHub by clicking on Billing & Payment Options > Auto Pay Program > Add New Bank Account.

With Invoice Billing, you can view all your electric services on one bill. One statement. One check. One stamp.
If you have multiple electric services, you can request invoice billing, which consolidates all of your charges into a single, easy-to-read bill.

Now you can pay your electric bill at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our pay-by-phone number: (855) 940-4025.
What you’ll need to get started…
>>> Your account number which is located in the upper right hand corner of your bill.
>>> You can pay by electronic check or debit/credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) with no additional fee!
After dialing, you’ll be directed to the main menu. You’ll be prompted to press numbers for the actions you wish to complete.
To process a payment, members are required to use a 4-digit PIN. You’ll be prompted to create this PIN during your first Pay-By-Phone transaction. If you prefer, you can also contact our offices, and we’ll set up your PIN for you after verifying your membership.
This automated system complies with the payment card, industry, data, security standard compliance. These worldwide requirements are designed to help companies that process such payments prevent credit card fraud through increased data controls moving to the system ensures our continued ability to accept debit and credit card payments.
