The Average Monthly Payment (AMP) plan levels out your monthly electric bill so you know what to expect and how to plan your budget.

The plan is based on a rolling 12-month average of your billed amount. Each month, the oldest bill is removed and the current month’s bill is added to the average. The result is a payment that might go up or down slightly each month, but will remain relatively stable! 

To qualify for the AMP program, you must have: 

1. One year of billing history at your current service address
2. A $0.00 balance
3. 12 months of on-time payments
4. Bills paid by bank draft/recurring debit or credit cards
