Getting started is simple and convenient. Follow our quick steps to set up your electric service today.

How to Sign Up For Service

If you’ve just relocated to an area we serve, here’s what you need to do to establish electric service with us:

  1. Print and complete the Commercial Membership Application and Service Contract or the Residential Membership Application and Service Contract. An electronic signature option is available for residential members. Please contact your local office for more information.
     
  2. Visit one of our seven local offices.
     
  3. Show government-issued photo ID, and turn in your form at the office.
     
  4. Put down a deposit or provide a letter of credit from another utility showing 12 months good credit history if you are establishing new service.
     
  5. If you are requesting new service for a location that is a residential rental, a rental lease agreement is required in the name of the member requesting service.
