Notice of Change in Office Hours in Tribune, Kansas

Beginning June 1, 2020, the office hours of the Wheatland Electric Cooperative Inc. office in Tribune will be modified.  The office will be open for members from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MT. 

We understand some of our members like to visit us in the office. If these new hours pose an inconvenience, please keep in mind Wheatland has several convenient ways members can pay their bill.

  • Smart Hub – manage and make payments on the go from your computer, phone or tablet using our SmartHub app.  You can view your energy use, set up advance, or recurring payments and more.

  • Pay by phone – Toll Free Number 1-844-262-2417. Use your credit/debit card or your checking account to pay your electric bill at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

  • Prepay Power -  Members, whether new or existing, must complete a Wheatland Prepay Power Program Agreement.  You purchase electricity before you use it. Make payments when you want to, online or by phone.

  • Drop Box - Deposit your payment, including payment stub and check or money order in the payment drop box at your local Wheatland Electric office.
