Wheatland Electric understands that sometimes life gets tough and it's a struggle to stay current on your bills. Especially if you are hard hit with legal or medical troubles, or a bad season, we can help you get back on your feet.

How it works:

• Available to residential customers only
• All previous payment plans successfully completed (no current Deferred Payment Arrangements and no current modified Budget Plans)
• Only available from April 1 - Oct 30 (Cold Weather Rule in effect Nov 1 - March 31)
• Internet service payment arrangements must be made separately with Wheatland Broadband.
  

We take your total arrearage, add it to the most recent bill, and divide the results by 12. This amount is then added to each of your future bills. This gives you a full year to get caught up.

For example:

Your arrearage =	$500.00
Your most recent bill =	$75.00
Total amount to defer =	$575.00
Monthly deferred payment =	$ 47.92
New bill =	$82.00
+ deferred payment =	$47.92
Total amount owed for new bill =	$129.92
